Niamh O'Reilly

Niamh O'Reilly has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development and human resources. Niamh currently serves as the Head of Organizational Development at Beach Energy Ltd. Prior to this, Niamh held various roles at People's Choice Credit Union, where they worked as the Organizational Development Lead for the Merger Program and later as the Culture, Leadership, and Engagement Lead. Niamh also worked at Baptist Care (SA) Inc as the Senior Manager of People and Culture, where they led various functions and implemented strategic plans related to workforce, remuneration, leadership, and employee engagement. Niamh has also served as the Director of Human Resources at Tyndale Christian School Group and as a Manager at the Department for Education, South Australia, where they focused on people and culture operations and workforce development and engagement programs.

Niamh O'Reilly completed their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Australia, from 2013 to 2016.
