William Demaio

William DeMaio is currently the Facilities Manager at Centennial since December 2023. Prior to this, William worked with Beachwold Residential, LLC as the General Manager Commercial. William also has experience working as the General Manager of Retail at Brookfield Properties Retail where William managed properties such as Brass Mill Center & Commons and The Shops at Somerset Square. William also served as the Operations Manager at Brookfield Properties Retail from 2014 to 2017. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Daniel Webster College.
