Heather Bolejack

Heather Bolejack, J.D. serves as Vice President of Human Resources Operations and Transformation at Beacon Health System since March 2024. Previously, Bolejack held the position of VP of People Strategy & Change Management at Intrinz Inc., where responsibilities included launching a new People Practice aimed at significant client revenue targets. At Dollar Tree Stores, Bolejack advanced from Regional Training Manager to Director of Enterprise Talent Training, focusing on post-acquisition integration and the development of a new learning culture across a large workforce. Prior experience includes a role as a top-awarded trainer and corporate HR consultant at Pryor Learning Solutions, and extensive legal expertise in labor and employment law, including litigation for various prominent companies. Bolejack holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Butler University.
