Eileen Vega-Lamboy

Eileen Vega-Lamboy is currently the Regional Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Prior to that, they were the Client Development Manager at Update Legal from January 2002 to December 2009. In that role, they were responsible for business development through cold calling and networking with a focus on law firms and legal and compliance departments within corporations. Eileen also created, trained and developed the AML and Compliance recruiting initiatives to leverage existing clientele and offer placement services in these areas.

Eileen has over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the legal industry. Eileen has a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with senior level hiring managers, decision makers, and account influencers. Eileen is a skilled negotiator and has experience leading RFPs, conducting quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews with clients, and negotiating, creating and obtaining signed service agreements from new and existing clients.

In their current role as Regional Director, Eileen is responsible for overseeing the operations of Beacon Hill Staffing Group’s New York City office. Eileen manages a team of Recruiters who specialize in placing candidates in the legal, compliance, and financial services industries.

Eileen Vega-Lamboy is a psychologist who studied psychology at Hunter College. Eileen works in the field of psychology, helping people with their mental health.

They are on a team with Ann Eisenreich - Division Director, Betsy Walton - Regional Director, and Chelsea Lee - Division Manager. Eileen Vega-Lamboy reports to John David Tarbox, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member.
