John Barker is a seasoned professional in the IT staffing industry with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as Senior Regional Director at Beacon Hill since December 2016, John oversees a national IT staffing organization providing a range of services to top companies. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Operations at Insight Global, where responsibilities included managing hiring, training, and business development, significantly increasing annual revenue from $33M to over $70M within four years. John’s career began at Insight Global as a Recruiter, where remarkable early success led to rapid promotions, culminating in a successful sales and recruiting operation in the San Francisco region.
