Trevor Flaten

Mr. Flaten is responsible for leading and directing a portfolio of Government and Technology clients within Beacon Hill Technologies National Strategic Accounts group. He has a passion for working closely with his clients in order to understand their initiatives and provide solutions to meet their desired outcomes. In addition to collaborating with customers to meet their needs, he focuses on forging internal partnerships to help those around him become the best version of themselves. Mr. Flaten has been in the staffing and services space for over 10 years supporting Fortune 1000 clients on a national scale. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Trevor was a president’s award nominee account executive, branch manager, and director for one of the largest professional services firms in the US. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where he majored in Business Administration and Management and also played football.
