Barber Waters

Barber Waters has worked at Beacon Interactive Systems since 2020 as a Program Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Raytheon from 2007-2020 in various roles, including Program Manager for Taiwan Patriot development, Chief Engineer for several international Patriot proposals, Lead Engineer, and Electrical Engineer from 1982-1994. Barber exceeded yearly sales goals, obtained and managed yearly budgets, provided USG and Taiwan customer interface, developed strong rapport with customers, prepared technical proposal books, program and subcontractor statements of work, cost estimates/BOEs, management review packages, and customer presentations. Barber also provided technical direction and oversaw engineering teams.

Barber Waters obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Boston University between 1978 and 1982. Barber then earned a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1992. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Raytheon Program Manager III (Level 3) certification from Raytheon.
