Matt Jennings

Matt Jennings has a strong background in engineering and technology roles. Matt is currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Technology at Beacon MedTech Solutions, where they focus on solving complex material and manufacturing problems, launching new products, and scaling up production. Prior to this, they worked at Vaupell as the Director of Engineering from 2017 to 2021. During their time there, they honed their engineering skills and contributed to the company's growth and success. Before Vaupell, Matt worked at Flextronics as a Business Excellence Manager, where they utilized Lean and Six Sigma methods to drive results in precision plastics tooling, molding, and assembly for the healthcare industry. Matt's career also includes roles at Nypro Inc., where they served as a Lean Six Sigma Manager, Lean Six Sigma Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Automation Design Engineer, contributing to process improvement efforts. Matt began their career at Automated Assemblies Corp as a Product Design Engineer, where they gained experience in product design and development.

Matt Jennings attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2007, they enrolled at Worcester Polytechnic Institute to pursue a Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, but the end year for this program is not provided.
