Emefa Duah is a skilled HR Analyst currently serving as the African Young Women Leaders Fellow at UNDP since April 2024, specializing in HR and People Analytics. Concurrently, Emefa is a Data Analyst at Beacon Power Services, where significant improvements in data quality have been achieved, utilizing tools such as Python and SQL for reporting and automation, along with dashboard development in Power BI. As a Co-Founder of Modexa Biotech, Emefa contributes to advancing precision medicine in Accra, Ghana. Previous roles include a Data Engineering Fellowship at Trestle Academy Ghana and a Data Science and Analytics Fellowship at Blossom Academy, where intensive training and practical experiences were completed. Emefa's early career included positions in data management and performance analysis at Christ Harvests Sanctuary and various roles involving quality assurance and monitoring in different organizations. Academic credentials include an MPhil in Statistics from Queen's University and a BSc in Statistics with Computer Science from the University of Ghana.
