Scott Munch

Scott Munch is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Manager at Beacon Building Products, overseeing HR functions for 300 employees across 25 locations in the Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin region. Previously, Scott held multiple roles at Owens Corning, including Human Resources Lead for 160 hourly production employees and Logistics Manager with oversight of 15+ warehouses in North America and a $10MM budget. Additionally, Scott led the Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ+ employees and participated in a comprehensive supply chain leadership development program. Scott began the professional journey with internships at Owens Corning, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Wright-Patt Credit Union, following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Bowling Green State University.
