Todd Zuercher

Todd Zuercher has over 20 years of work experience in facilities management and infrastructure operations. Todd is currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure & Branch Operations at Beacon Building Products since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Facilities Manager, West Division at Beacon Building Products from January 2017 to April 2022.

Before joining Beacon Building Products, Todd held the position of Manager of Corporate and Store Facilities at Tuesday Morning, Inc. from October 2014 to December 2016.

Todd also has extensive experience in store development and property services at Rent-A-Center. Todd served as the Director of Store Design / Property Services - Store Development from January 2013 to July 2014, Director of Facilities / Director of Store Excellence - Store Development from January 2006 to January 2013, and Manager of Construction Administration - Real Estate / Store Development from February 1999 to December 2005.

Furthermore, Todd worked as the Supervisor of Facility Services at Thorn Americas from January 1994 to August 1998. Throughout their career, Todd has demonstrated expertise in construction administration, property management, store prototype design, vendor sourcing, and team management.
