Maura Arnold

Maura Arnold currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Beacon Specialized Living since December 2024. Previously, Maura held several key positions at 365 Health Services, LLC, including Director of Operations and Executive Director of IDD Services, where responsibilities included directing the operations department, opening a new IDD Services branch, developing program policies, managing quality assurance, recruiting staff, and handling business development. Maura has demonstrated proficiency in various service waivers and operational tools, including HCSIS, PROMISe, HHAeXchange, and ADP. Maura's professional journey began at Ardmore Station Cafe, where Maura worked as Manager of Branch Operations and Head Waitress. Maura earned a degree in Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
