Ryan Herzek

Ryan Herzek has over two decades of experience in the retail industry with a focus on payments, fraud prevention, and revenue optimization. Ryan held various roles at Publix Super Markets, where they were responsible for implementing new payment technologies, overseeing debit networks, launching fraud prevention tools, and leading gift card sales initiatives. In 2022, they joined MarketWise Solutions as the Director of Revenue Operations & Global Payments, where they specialize in innovative payment solutions and fraud management to enhance customer retention and reduce processing costs.

Ryan Herzek attended the University of South Florida from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Management Information Systems. Ryan then went on to study at Thomas Edison State University from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
