Chris Salamanis-Rivera

Chris Salamanis-Rivera has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various roles throughout their career. They worked at Beacon Communities LLC as the Vice President of Learning and Development, where they were responsible for creating and evaluating training programs, including an onboarding program for new hires.
