Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim currently works as the Chief Administrative Officer at Beacon Communities LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at UBS from 2017 to 2023. From 2002 to 2017, they held multiple roles at MassHousing, including Executive Director, Deputy Director for Finance and Rental Programs, Director of Rental Lending, and CFO. Tim also served as the Budget Director at Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2002. Tim began their career as a Paralegal at the Massachusetss Attorney General's Office in 1991 and later became a Senior Paralegal.

Tim Sullivan completed their secondary education at Brookline High School from 1982 to 1986. Tim then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Union College, graduating in 1990. After a brief gap, they continued their studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Public Affairs from UMass Boston between 1993 and 1995.
