David O'Hara

David O'Hara has worked in the recruitment industry since 2005. From 2005 to 2017, they were a Director and Executive Search Consultant for tm recruit. In 2017, they became a Business Growth Manager for The Buy-Side Club and a Director for connecttm. In 2018, they became a UK Partner for Beaconforce. At Beaconforce, they were responsible for increasing intrinsic motivation, trust, and a sense of belonging at work. At The Buy-Side Club, they were responsible for sourcing talent globally and significantly reducing the costs of hiring. At connecttm, they were responsible for matching behavioural profiles to roles and personalities to cultures. At tm recruit, they were responsible for providing outstanding candidates for exciting roles in great companies.

David O'Hara attended the University of Aberdeen from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a Bsc in Immunology.
