Deb Kamykowski

Deb Kamykowski is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives. Currently serving as HR Practice Director at Beaird Group since May 2018, Deb drives growth by partnering with clients to solve business-critical HR challenges. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at InvenTrust Properties Corp., where Deb built an HR platform for a strategic spin-off and enhanced employee engagement. Deb also served as Managing Director at Beaird Group from 1996 to 2014, managing client projects mainly in human resources, and as Associate Director of Recruiting at Leo Burnett, overseeing campus recruitment for top colleges. Deb holds a BS degree from Northern Illinois University.
