Laurie McGonigle

Laurie McGonigle is the Senior Director of Customer Operations at Beam Benefits, where responsibilities include overseeing all customer operations and ensuring seamless performance, including management of the customer care call center. Previously, Laurie served as the Head of General Agent Partnerships, focusing on client support through education, marketing, and sales initiatives. Before joining Beam, Laurie's extensive experience at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group spanned multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Enhanced Benefit Sales, where accomplishments included expanding product offerings and significantly increasing revenue. Additionally, Laurie led teams in customer service and administrative services, managing vast operational responsibilities for numerous employer group clients. Laurie's career began at ICS Insurance Inc., where operations and client services were managed alongside family. Laurie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and has a strong foundation in employee benefits administration and customer service excellence.
