Joenel Eric

Joenel Eric is a Facilities Project Manager at Beam Living, where responsibilities include managing union trade workers for property project inspections and coordinating with outside contractors for flood and fire remediation projects. Previously, Joenel served as an Apartment Inspector, conducting daily onsite inspections and overseeing renovation compliance with property standards.
