Abhinav Rajput

Abhinav Rajput has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked in brand management and planning at TBWA India. Abhinav then moved on to the role of People Operations - Recruitment & Selection at Google in 2010. In 2011, they joined Contract Advertising, where they focused on brand management and planning. Abhinav co-founded SimplyFest in 2015. Abhinav also co-founded Beam & Words in 2012, where they served as a partner and co-founder, overseeing business operations and financial planning for the brand communication firm. Currently, Abhinav is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Nao Spirits & Beverages Pvt Ltd, where they are responsible for building India's first Craft Gin Co., launching brands like 'Greater Than' and 'Hapusa' and expanding into international markets.
