Alexandra Lewis is a Senior Solutions Delivery Consultant at Beamery since February 2022, focusing on enhancing talent experiences and optimizing workforce potential through Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management platform. Previously, Alexandra worked as a Technology Implementation Consultant at AMS from January 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included supporting campus recruitment initiatives for Citi and managing offshore teams. Prior experiences also include roles as a Recruiting Coordinator at GrubHub and a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. Alexandra's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and participation in the Semester at Sea program.
