Debbie Doyle

Debbie Doyle is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of People and Impact at Beamery since July 2022, Debbie has held various leadership roles including Head of People Partnering and Services and Senior People Partner for Engineering, Product, and Design. Prior to Beamery, Debbie worked at DAZN Group from January 2018 to June 2022, where roles included VP People for Development and Delivery as well as for Technology. At Perform Group, Debbie advanced from HR Services Advisor to HR Manager for Technology between February 2014 and December 2017. Earlier career experiences include HR Advisor at Bluefin Solutions and Branch Manager at Nationwide Building Society, complemented by foundational administrative work at Mears Group PLC. Debbie's educational background includes A Levels in Biology, Psychology, Sociology, and AS Level Maths from Richmond Upon Thames College and attendance at St Pauls Catholic College.
