Mike Catapano

Mike Catapano serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at Beamery, focusing on the commercial expansion of existing clients and the implementation of renewal and customer retention strategies. With a proven track record in customer success, Mike has been recognized as the 2022 CSM of the Year and received several awards, including the Beamery Spotlight Spark Award. Prior to Beamery, Mike held various roles at iCIMS, excelling in account management and customer support. In addition to corporate experience, Mike is the owner of Catapano Productions, where expertise in video production and scriptwriting is utilized, alongside a background in the entertainment industry as a union actor. Educational credentials include a BA in Communication from Rutgers University.
