Scott Chow is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Beamery since June 2020, Scott is dedicated to promoting equal access to work and driving innovation in Talent Lifecycle Management. As a Board Advisor for Social Value Exchange and a Board Member at A4 Capital, Scott utilizes expertise to guide product development and investment strategies. Prior roles include Chief Product Officer at TransferGo, Santander UK, and Starling Bank, where Scott contributed significantly to financial technology advancements. With a robust background at PayPal and American Express, Scott has led numerous strategic initiatives across digital goods and payments. Scott holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
