Steve Wikeley

Steve Wikeley is an experienced design leader currently serving as Design Manager 2 at Beamery since September 2021, overseeing product design across AI and Data as well as user experience and AI application, while managing a team of five senior designers. Previously, Steve held the position of Design Manager 1 at Beamery, focusing on talent lifecycle products utilizing AI, and also worked as a Lead Product Designer validating a new AI-driven candidate proposition. Prior to Beamery, Steve was a Product Design Consultant at Wikelburger and the buttons ltd, and co-founded Mo, where significant contributions were made from product proposition validation to achieving product market fit. Steve's design expertise extends from various roles at companies like atp.io, WongDoody, and RAD, combined with a solid educational background including a BA in Graphic Arts & Design from Leeds Beckett University and additional studies in Japan.
