Jukka Syrjä

Jukka Syrjä has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jukka began their career as a network designer at Tampereen Sähköliatos in 2007. Jukka then moved on to ALSTOM, where they worked as an Area Sales Manager responsible for Central Europe and Scandinavian markets. After that, they joined ABB as a Sales Manager, preparing and making offers for projects and providing sales support. In 2014, they worked at PROKON Wind Energy Finland Oy as a Project Manager. In 2015, they started their own company, JS-Valmennus, providing personal training and physical education services. Later that year, they joined The Switch as a Project Manager and eventually became the Model Factory Manager, responsible for personnel and factory management. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Beamex, overseeing various departments and leading a team of personnel.

Jukka Syrjä obtained an eMBA degree in Sales from the University of Vaasa from 2019 to 2024. Jukka also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tampere University of Technology from 2002 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Tuotekehitystyön erikoisammattitutkinto degree at the Management Institute of Finland MIF Oy, completing it in 2023. Before their higher education, they attended Kaarilan Lukio from 1998 to 2001.
