Aaron McEwan

Aaron McEwan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, advisory, and educational roles. Currently serving as VP of Research & Advisory at Gartner and in multiple roles including Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT University and Associate at Macquarie University's Centre for Workforce Futures, McEwan focuses on future workforce skills and organizational development. Additionally, McEwan contributes to the Australian Psychological Society, serves on advisory boards for Beam Australia and Play2Lead, and is a registered psychologist. McEwan's academic background includes a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and degrees in psychology from Griffith University.
