Victoria Stuart

Victoria Stuart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting. As the Co-Founder of Beamible since March 2021, Victoria has been instrumental in creating a cloud-based work design platform that empowers organizations to enhance visibility and data insights in managing workforce challenges. Prior to this, from October 2016 to February 2021, Victoria co-founded Beam, focusing on flexibility-driven talent management. Victoria's background includes significant roles at Google from September 2008 to September 2016, where various leadership positions included Team Lead for Retail and Technology and Industry Head for Banking and Insurance. Additional experience encompasses positions at createthe group, Digitas, and Accenture. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in International Business/Chemistry from the University of Melbourne.
