Michel Dubuc

Michel Dubuc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as SVP - Field Operations & Logistics at Beanfield since January 2018, Michel has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Customer Experience and Service Delivery. Prior experience includes leading customer onboarding at Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. for a team of over 100, and developing a Quality Assurance program at Wind. Additionally, Michel has managed logistics at ASL Print FX, overseen call center operations at Rogers Communications Inc., and built quality assurance teams at Rogers. Michel holds a college degree in Computer Programming from Herzing Institute.
