Alvin Tan is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Bear Construction Company since May 2014. Prior to this role, Alvin worked as a Business Manager at Knudsen Construction, Inc. from May 2007 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing accounts receivable and payable, conducting job cost analysis, and overseeing payroll and facility maintenance.
