Phil Bowen

Phil Bowen is an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Physical Security Industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager for BearCom in Detroit and Chicago since April 2021, Phil specializes in helping customers leverage technology to address security and safety challenges while enhancing productivity and profitability. Prior roles include National Account Manager at Johnson Controls Security Solutions and Senior Account Executive at Siemens Building Technologies. Phil has also held positions as Commercial Sales Manager at Tyco Integrated Security and ADT Security Services, where responsibilities included team management, training, and adherence to policies. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Health Science from Alma College.
