Randy Starbuck

Randy Starbuck possesses extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as General Superintendent at Beard Construction Group, LLC since July 2015, overseeing daily construction activities across various projects in the Houston area. Prior experience includes a role as Chief Civil Inspector for Kinder Morgan/Contractor, managing operations at a methanol storage and shipping facility from January 2013 to June 2015, and serving as Job Superintendent at Pond Constructors Inc from May 2009 to November 2012. Earlier in Randy Starbuck's career, civil superintendent tasks were performed at Matrix Service Company from September 2006 to March 2008, and CQC Systems Manager/SSHO duties were carried out at Rockford Corporation in Alaska, focusing on quality control and site safety. Randy Starbuck graduated from Sylvan Hills High School, completing education there in the early 1970s.
