Darren Katz

Darren Katz is an experienced executive in the financial services and recruiting industries, currently serving as Executive Vice President of the Financial Services Division at Beau Dietl & Associates since January 2009. This division specializes in corporate supplemental consulting and staffing services for financial firms, providing essential support personnel. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Executive Recruiting Manager at Corporate America, overseeing recruiting efforts for various sectors including banking and IT while achieving significant success in placing consultants and full-time employees at major financial institutions. Additionally, as President of DLK Associates, Darren has been actively involved in sourcing and placing top talent in back office and technical roles for prominent banks, also contributing to major projects such as the Y2K initiative at CitiBank.
