Joe Plesa

Joe Plesa has over two decades of experience in the retail industry, currently serving as the National Retail Manager for Beaumont Tiles since July 1999, with prior roles including State Retail Manager for Queensland, Retail Area Manager, Branch Manager, and Sales Consultant. Joe's earlier career includes a position as a Service Assistant at Breakthrough Communications from 1997 to 1999. Joe has pursued an extensive education, participating in various programs, including studies at Monash University since 2002, ongoing training at the Franchise Advisory Centre and the Academy of Enhanced Performance since 2004, and completion of the Dale Carnegie Course and training at the Ashley Institute of Training since 2008 and 2012, respectively.
