Kathryn Allen

Kathryn Allen is an experienced operations leader with a substantial background in managing diverse teams and driving business growth across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Operations at BEAUMONT since December 2021, Kathryn previously held the position of Business Center Manager at Wenta, focusing on client acquisition and relationship building. Formerly, Kathryn was Senior General Manager at Fitness First Middle East, overseeing the largest health club in the MENA region, accomplishing significant revenue targets, and achieving industry recognition. Earlier roles include Swim Academy Coordinator at Hamilton Aquatics, where project management and operational efficiency led to substantial program growth, and Project Management Officer at Total Swimming Ltd, contributing to initiatives surrounding the London 2012 Olympic Games. Kathryn holds a degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Hull.
