Caitlin Rouse

Caitlin Rouse is an experienced professional in the beauty industry, holding the position of Field Sales & Development Manager at Beauty Barrage since January 2020, overseeing all markets in the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Rouse worked as a Market Trainer at Milk Makeup and served as a Freelance Makeup Artist and Education Specialist for nearly a decade. Additional experience includes a stint as Business Development Manager at Little Barn Apothecary, where account prospecting was key, and earlier roles as a Makeup Artist for GLAMSQUAD and a Senior Artist- Sehora University Trainer at SEPHORA, leading and developing a team of 50-60 artists. Rouse began the career at ULTA Beauty as a Prestige Makeup Artist and holds a Makeup Artistry License from Von Lee Makeup Artistry School.
