Emma Jones

Emma Jones has a total of 15 years of work experience in various roles related to people operations and human resources. Emma'smost recent position was as the Head of People Operations at Beauty Pie Ltd, which they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at White Stuff for 8 years, serving as the Head of People & Development from March 2013 to May 2020, Senior People Manager from May 2011 to March 2013, and People Manager (Head Office) from December 2009 to April 2011. Before joining White Stuff, Emma worked at Arcadia Group Ltd (Wallis) as an HR Manager from February 2006 to December 2009.

Emma Jones attended the University of Westminster from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master's degree in Personnel & Development (CIPD).
