Katie Houston is a seasoned professional in new product development and management within the beauty and skincare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior NPD Manager for Skincare and Supplements at Beauty Pie since February 2023, Katie has previously held significant roles at Omorovicza Cosmetics, including Global Head of Product Development. With experience as an Assistant Product Manager for the St. Tropez brand at PZ Cussons Beauty and a Marketing Management Trainee at L'Oréal, Katie has developed a strong background in product development, marketing strategy, and project management.
