Ian MacDonald

Ian MacDonald is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently with Beauty Works since November 2018. Prior to this role, Ian served as Project Manager at Dash Computer Products llp from February 2015 to November 2018 and held the position of ICT Manager at Endon Lighting Ltd for nearly a decade. During Ian's tenure at Endon Lighting Ltd, noteworthy achievements include automating the supply chain forecasting process, resulting in a 50% reduction in time taken and developing systems in Visual Basic. Ian has also provided 3rd Line support as IMC at Fairbridge Communications Ltd and worked as a Programmer Analyst at Lucas Service UK Ltd, where responsibilities included COBOL and Visual Basic programming, PC hardware and software support, and network engineering. Ian completed education at St Mary's RC Secondary School between 1977 and 1983.
