Ashley Cruz has been working in the professional world since 2011. Ashley began their career at Vine Dining Enterprises as an Office Manager Temp, where they compiled employee portfolio reports of health benefits and food handler certificates, organized and managed corporate office supplies, employee benefit information, and training materials, and designed holiday menus for all 4 restaurant locations. In the same year, they also worked as a Hostess and Front of House Intern at Left Bank Brasserie, where they greeted and seated roughly 300 guests in a professional and friendly manner, scheduled reservations and managed large guest crowds, assigned, supervised, and coordinated activities of dining room staff, and took orders and served food and drinks to guests in a fast-paced restaurant. In 2012, Ashley worked as a Greeter and Banquets Intern at St. Regis Hotel, where they managed and distributed BEOs for events executed in 16 meeting spaces, used completed consumption sheets to prepare proper billing for events in Micros and Lightspeed, and participated in pre-shift meetings and event set ups. In 2013, they worked as an Event Coordinator Intern at Alicia K Designs. Finally, Ashley has been with Beautylish since 2014, where they have held the roles of Fulfillment Operations Project Manager, Fulfillment Operations Manager, Inventory Operations Manager, Fulfillment Operations Associate, and Customer Fulfillment Specialist.
