Sean McGuigan

Sean McGuigan has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. In 1999, they began their career at Clinique Laboratories, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance & Business Management, North American Affiliate. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the North America $1B P&L and directed a team of 5 and total team of 21. Sean also held the role of Vice President of Sales Operations, North American Division, where they negotiated with ELC Sales & Marketing team and Retail Partners to maximize execution of seasonal marketing programs.

In 2015, they joined BECCA Inc. as the Vice President Brand Operations. In this role, they were responsible for driving consensus between Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Sean also developed retail sales plans and ensured all internal timelines were accurately timed with go-to-market deadlines and supply chain lead times.

In 2017, Sean McGuigan began working for S'well Bottle as a Planning/Inventory Consultant and for Commodity, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. In this role, they reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer and managed all aspects of supply chain, procurement, demand planning, P&L- topside revenue to NOP and everything in between.

In 2018, they joined Weleda North America as the Sales Operations Lead. Finally, in 2019, they began working for Naturopathica as the Senior Vice President Finance & Brand Operations. In this role, they managed all aspects of the P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, planning, and financial modeling, as well as supply chain, reporting, and analysis.

Most recently, in 2022, they began working for BeautyStat Cosmetics as the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Sean McGuigan received their MBA and BBA in Finance from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Sean also attended the University of Oxford, Vassar College, and Ardsley High School.
