Bradford Hill has a diverse range of work experience in the education field. Bradford began their career in 2006 as a Teacher and Science Specialist at the Beaverton School District. In 2012, they became an Independent Contractor/Consultant, where they served as the Lead Facilitator for the Patterns Approach to Physics. Simultaneously, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Portland State University from March 2012 to August 2017. In 2013, they took on the role of President at the Oregon Science Teachers Association, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they are involved with the Fulbright Program as a Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching recipient starting in December 2022.

Bradford Hill completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Bradford then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from the University of Maryland, where they were enrolled from 1998 to 2001. Later on, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Science Education.
