Rachel Herlihy is a seasoned professional in customer success and operations with a strong background in sustainability. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success - Sustainability at Beavr since January 2024, Rachel brings extensive experience from Contentsquare, where roles included Customer Success Operations Manager for EMEA and Senior Manager for Solution Experts in Northern Europe. Previous experience includes positions at Netatmo as Assistant Product Marketing Manager.
