Emma Adie is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer for Beazley since February 2023, Emma has previously held multiple compliance roles at Talbot Underwriting Ltd from March 2017 to February 2023, including Senior Compliance Manager, Compliance Manager, and Compliance Analyst. Prior experiences include positions at Ascot Underwriting Ltd as a Compliance Policy Analyst and Compliance Assistant, and a Project Administrator role at JLT Group. Emma's career began as a Laboratory Technician at BBI Solutions and an intern at Accenture. Educationally, Emma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Reading, and attended Highsted Grammar School for secondary education.
