Nick Lennon-Barrett

Nick Lennon-Barrett has extensive experience in learning and development roles. Nick currently serves as the Head of Learning and Professional Development at Beazley. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Talent Development Manager at Pension Insurance Corporation, where they established and expanded talent development initiatives. Nick also served as the Learning and Development Manager at Adam Smith International, where they transformed the learning and development function for the organization. Before that, Nick worked as the Learning and Development Manager at NEST, where they established leadership in learning and development and increased employee engagement. Nick has also held HR and operations management roles at Wild Orchid and MP Moran & Sons Limited, and worked as a Project Manager at Mowernet. Their experience spans across various industries and includes designing blended learning programs, implementing online learning platforms, and collaborating with senior management to drive organizational goals.

Nick Lennon-Barrett obtained a BA in Sociology with Politics from the University of Westminster from 2000 to 2003. Nick then pursued an MA in Human Resource Management at London Metropolitan University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including DiSC Certified Trainer, ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Hogan (HPI, HDS, MVPI), EQi 2.0 and 360, and TPMA - Training Accreditation from various institutions.
