Raymond Belczyk

Raymond Belczyk is a seasoned professional with a robust background in business systems and information technology management, currently serving as the Manager of the Business Systems and Development Subdivision at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. since May 2014. With a focus on custom programming, cloud-based system implementations, and IT service coordination, Raymond has also led business systems improvement initiatives and managed hardware and software asset management projects. In various IT and procurement roles at Bechtel Plant Machinery from September 1981 to May 2022, Raymond developed significant expertise in process improvement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Administration and Management Science & Mathematics, both earned from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
