Richard Omara Ll.m. Frics

Richard Omara LL.M. FRICS is an experienced professional in the field of construction and quantity surveying, currently serving as Area Contracts Director at Bechtel Corporation since March 2004. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at Arcadis from February 2000 to February 2004, with a background at EC Harris in London. Richard holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Practice from The University of Salford, achieved between 2016 and 2018, as well as a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Cape Town, completed in 1999.
