Megan Heger has accumulated diverse experience in child and family support roles, currently serving as the Training Program Coordinator at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy since April 2022, after previously holding the position of Training Programs Assistant. Prior to this, Megan worked as a nanny in multiple private households and gained experience as a Family Support Worker at BETHANNA. Additional roles include a Student Intern at the Women's Foundation and positions as Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher at the Springfield Center for Learning and Care. Earlier experience includes working as a Resident Assistant at Missouri State University and a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters and francesca’s®. Megan earned a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Missouri State University, following graduation from St. Francis Borgia High School.
