Nico Klockzien

Nico Klockzien has accumulated extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Referent der Leitung Facility Management at Becker & Kries Unternehmensgruppe since October 2020, after progressing through roles including Werkstudent Bestandsmanagement Gewerbe and Praktikant der Leitung Bestandsmanagement Gewerbe. Prior to this, Nico worked at HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH from September 2015 to September 2020, taking on positions such as Werkstudent Customer Service, Sachbearbeiter Soziales Management, and Immobilienkaufmann. Early career experience includes an internship as a Kaufmännischer Sachbearbeiter with Landesinnung des Dachdeckerhandwerks Berlin. Nico is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Management at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, having previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Immobilienwirtschaft and a degree as Immobilienkaufmann from BBA - Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V.
