Americo Ferreira

Americo Ferreira is a seasoned product and user experience designer with a strong background in enhancing digital learning environments. Currently serving as a Product Designer at Becker Professional Education since February 2020, Americo is dedicated to improving user experiences within a comprehensive Learning Management System. As the Senior User Experience Consultant and Founder of Empirical Design since July 2019, Americo leverages expertise in user behavior and tailored solutions. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer and UX Designer at itslearning, where Americo contributed to the development of a groundbreaking LMS platform, and User Experience Designer at Haltenbanken AS, delivering user-friendly digital experiences for notable clients such as Rolls Royce. Americo's career began with positions as a Graphic Designer at various firms, including Area 17 and SUBZERODESIGN, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from Escola Superior de Artes e Design.
